Our products are made of polyresin, magnesia, and metal.

2. What's your MOQ?

Our MOQ is base on the material & size. For polyresin and magnesia products, the size less than 20cm H, the MOQ will be 300pcs per style, while the size more than 20cm H, the MOQ will be 200pcs per style. For metal products, the MOQ is 500pcs per style.

3. How can we get the quotation?

Very simpleJ, just leave the message about the item number in the title or specification, and your mail address, we will send the price quotation with details immediately.

4. If I have my own design, can you make it?

Yes, we can make the sample according to customers’ designs or ideas, and the sample time will be 7-15 days according to the shape.

Sample fee will be required base on the shape, and returned when the order qty up to 1000pcs per style.

5. Can you supply the sample?

Yes, we can supply the sample, we charge $50 for each style, and the sample cost will return when order quantity reach our MOQ, all you need to pay is just the freight cost.

6. How about your quality guarantee?

We have very strict QC team, they will inspect the goods piece by piece before sipping. We’re 100% responsible for damage of FCL goods if it’s caused by our improper package.

7. What's the payment terms?

Small amount less than $1000, we accept paypal, western union.

Large amount more than $2000, we accept LC at sight, TT at sight (30% deposit +70% balance against the copy of BL)

8. How about the shipping freight?

Please kindly noted that there are 3 ways we can ship the goods, by courier, by air and by sea, please advise which way are you prefer when place order, normally the freight is collected, if there is needed, we will help to check the prepaid freight in details.
